Treasury

• Balancing the need for access to operating capital with the risk of investing for greater returns, the treasury function is critical to ensuring a healthy cashflow exists to meet the business demands.

Corporate Finance

• Dealing with opportunities for merger, acquisition, growth through project or structured finance, IPO & disposal of assets with the associated due diligence & banking relationship management.

Internal Audit & Compliance

• Establishing internal audit procedures in line with the industry regulatory framework & ensuring compliance standards are implemented with appropriate review & control mechanisms in place.

Taxation

• Navigating tax law to ensure statutory requirements are met & financial efficiencies are gained including the use of regional & global transfer pricing techniques.
