At ConnectedHR our practitioners who administer these tests/assessments are trained and certified by the vendor and work to the code of conduct and ethics set by the British Psychological Society.

Administering tests and analysing the results is a skilled task. Scoring of tests is often complex and how it is done will depend on what a test is trying to measure. With personality tests there are no right or wrong answers as they are designed to present a profile of an individual.

There are no universally successful psychometrics or thinking assessments. We believe that the key to success is tailoring the assessment to goals, needs, characteristics and circumstances of your own organisation.

ConnectedHR looks at the following key requirements in developing an-effective and tailored assessment/profiling strategy for your organisation:

  2. As your chosen provider we will ensure that individuals are treated professionally and we will provide them with adequate information about the requirements of each test they will be asked to complete, and the opportunity to raise any queries they have before taking the tests.
