At ConnectedHR our practitioners who administer these tests/assessments are trained and certified by the vendor and work to the code of conduct and ethics set by the British Psychological Society. Administering tests and analysing the results is a skilled task. Scoring of tests is often complex and how it is done will depend on what a test is trying to measure. With personality tests there are no right or wrong answers as they are designed to present a profile of an individual. There are no universally successful psychometrics or thinking assessments. We believe that the key to success is tailoring the assessment to goals, needs, characteristics and circumstances of your own organisation.
